Felix Falk
Managing Director
Felix Falk was born in Wismar on 31 July 1979. He studied musical theory, political science, journalism and communication science in Liverpool and Berlin. From 2004 to 2009, he was Office Manager for the Chair of the Culture and Media Committee in the German Bundestag. Felix Falk has been Managing Director of the Entertainment Software Self-Regulation Body (USK) since November 2009. He is also a part-time saxophonist.

Marek Brunner
Head of the Test Department
Marek Brunner was born in Potsdam in 1975. He has a degree in media technology and became the USK’s first games tester in 1994. He took on overall responsibility for the Test Department in 2003. His tasks include the coordination of the department, the technical preparation of the games, the induction and selection of game testers and quality assurance with regard to game presentations.

Christine Schulz
Head of the Classification Department
Christine Schulz was born in Berlin in 1958. She has a degree in sociology and has both supported and helped shape the USK since it was established in 1994. In her capacity as Head of the Classification Department, she organises the classification procedure and meetings whilst also particularly focussing on the work of the child protection experts.

Ruben Schwebe
Age Rating Consultant
Ruben Schwebe was born in 1980 and originally worked in the film industry. He managed various cinemas in Berlin as well as being involved in print coordination for the Berlin International Film Festival. He joined the Test Department at USK in 2007 following a stint into the games industry in the UK, where he worked as Quality Assurance and Localisation Tester. He has been responsible for the field of procedural development and Age Rating Consultancy since 2010.

Paul Dalg
Youth Media Protection Online
Paul Dalg, born in 1986, studied General History and German language and literature in Potsdam. He has been working as a game tester for the USK alongside his studies for two years. From 2012 until 2013 he was part of the Test Department and became responsible for the USK website maintenance. Since 2013, Paul is responsible for the field of online media. His core responsibilities include providing advice and supporting members of the USK as well as the evaluation of technical distribution restriction systems in accordance with the Youth Media Protection State Agreement (JMStV).
