On this page we showcase all companies that have become a member of the Entertainment Software Self-Regulation Body (USK). With an membership these companies have aligned themselves with the requirements and regulations of the Youth-Media Protection State Agreement (JMStV) regarding all content which they offer online. In this way the associated companies show that they contribute to Child and Youth Protection on the internet.

Youth Protection Seal of Quality

Prior to the membership every company voluntarily agrees to an audition in which their online portfolio is being checked towards its compliancy with the German Youth Protection regulations. Moreover, every member company subjects themself to the statutes of the USK as self-regulation institution pursuant to the JMStV. The members of hereby assure that they will always comply with the regulations of German Youth Protection.

In order to honor these companies’ commitment the USK introduces the “Youth Protection Seal of Quality”. A member of can feature this special mark of quality in context of their online portfolio to assure visitors that it is a trustworthy content provider that cares for Child and Youth Protection.
